Alias: Dentalfluoro; Duraphat; Villaumite
Molecular formula: NaF
Grade: Industrial
Appearance: Crystal, Powder
Applications: Welding Auxiliary, Preservative
CAS Number: 7681-49-4
Color: White
Performance: white crystal or powder. Relative density is 2.558, melting point is 993 ℃, boiling point is 1704 ℃, soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, toxic, and the aqueous solution can corrode glass.
Uses:
1. Sodium fluoride (NaF) is an important fluoride salt used to make other fluoride raw materials.
2. Used for sterilization of agricultural pesticides.
3. As a wood preservative, water treatment agent, light metal fluoride salt treatment agent, and UF 3 adsorbent in the nuclear industry.
4. Increase the wear resistance from the brake pads. The mechanical blade planer inserts steel to increase the welding strength.
5. Enamel pharmaceutical industry, paper production and construction materials.
6. Used as a phosphating accelerator in the coating industry to stabilize the phosphating solution, refine the phosphating, and improve the performance of the phosphating film. Aluminum and its alloys are sealed in phosphating. Al3+, which has a very harmful negative catalytic effect, makes the phosphating process smoothly. It is an additive for alkaline zincate galvanizing, a cleaning solution for steel and other metals.
7. Sunscreen agent for ceramic glass and enamel, hide and skin treatment in leather industry, glue anticorrosion.
Packing specification: Laminated plastic woven bag lined with plastic film double-layer packaging, net weight of each bag is 25Kg, 50Kg, or according to customer requirements.
